Fashion Designers Association Florida (FDAF) has retained the services of attorney Paul S. Vicary, Esq., of The Vicary Law Firm to represent and assist FDAF in all phases of its creation and development.
Mr. Vicary will assist with establishing the business entity, developing sources for grants and will serve as general counsel, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts and providing any other legal support required.
Aside from representing many small businesses, Mr. Vicary has served on the board of non-profit organizations.
